Departure Time: The bus will leave the Centre pick-up location (parking lot next to Taco

                            Bell) at 8:40AM and the Leesburg pick-up location (parking lot of FEMA

                            Building near Police Department) at 9:00AM.

Return Time: Around 3:40PM in Leesburg and around 4:00PM in Centre

Cost: $95 - includes transportation, Orbix demonstration, and lunch catered by The 

          Copper Penny. Tulip picking is optional (cost not included). 

How: Modern, clean charter bus with Wifi, a restroom, overhead storage space, 

          cupholders, reading lights, and outlets for electronic devices. 

Itinerary

1. After picking up guests in Centre and Leesburg, the group will depart for Orbix Hot Glass around 9:00AM.
2. Arrive at Orbix Hot Glass around 9:30AM.
3. Depending on group size, half of the group will visit the gift shop while the other half enjoys a 1 hour glass-blowing demonstration. The groups will then trade places. 
4. Depart Orbix around 11:40AM and drive to Moonflower Farms.
5. Arrive at Moonflower Farms around 12:25PM and enjoy a boxed lunch from The Copper Penny in Fort Payne. 
6. Visit Moonflower Farms, and if desired, pick tulips that you can take home to enjoy. Cost is $2.50 per stem or $25 per dozen (not included, pay on-site). Stems may include the bulbs if you wish, and Moonflower will wrap them and put them in water for easy transport home. 
7. Depart Moonflower Farms by 3:00PM
8. Arrive in Leesburg around 3:40PM and in Centre around 4:00PM. 

Payment Terms

• A $50 deposit is due by March 14th to reserve a spot in the group. Deposits are non-refundable after March 14th. Cancellations made by March 14th will receive a full refund of any money paid.
• After paying the deposit, any remaining balance is due by March 26th. Cancellations made by March 26th will receive a refund of the remaining balance paid, but not the $50 deposit (see above). Cancellations made after March 24th are non-refundable. 
• If the Quick Trip is cancelled on or before March 14 due to lack of participation, a full refund will be given to all prospective guests for any payments made at the time of cancellation. Refunds for a cancellation after March 14 due to other factors (such as weather) is at the sole discretion of Over Yonder Travel. 
• Payment of deposit indicates the guest accepts the following Terms and Conditions of Over Yonder Travel’s Quick Trips. 

Terms and Conditions

REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be allowed based on information provided in each Quick Trip itinerary. Some trips have very flexible cancellation and refund policies, while others are very strict. Over Yonder Travel strives to provide as much flexibility as possible to customers, but rules and regulations from travel providers/supplies and the timing required to plan trips often make it difficult to provide full or even partial refunds. Planning and coordinating a trip for a group involves many moving parts, and reserving space that could be used by other travel companies and their customers often requires payment that cannot be refunded. This allows travel providers/suppliers to be able to offer travel experiences to potential customers. Travel insurance, while not provided directly by Over Yonder Travel, can be an option if you are interested in protecting your payments from future uncertainty. Over Yonder Travel can assist you in obtaining travel insurance if you are interested. 

LIABILITY

By submitting a deposit, partial, or full payment for a travel opportunity available through Over Yonder Travel, each traveler is acknowledging acceptance of all risks and responsibility for any injury, loss, expense, damage, illness, or other negative outcome associated with your trip. All travelers are 100% liable for themselves, their property, their actions, and any actions that negatively impact others and property around them. All members of a group or party, regardless of who pays for the cost of the trip or the name listed on the reservation, are individually responsible and liable for themselves. Over Yonder Travel reserves the right to limit or end traveler participation, up to removal of the traveler from the group, if a traveler is deemed to be a hazard, danger, or nuisance to other group travelers. Any traveler that is removed from the group will be responsible for obtaining any needed assistance (such as transportation, lodging, meals, etc.) and any costs associated with those needs.
