This draft will be shared with you for feedback and suggested adjustments to your trip. The goal of this step is to create a road trip travel itinerary that guides you on your journey.

Over Yonder Travel's Road Trip Planning Service Fees
What are the costs of road trip planning?
Over Yonder Travel helps simplify the road trip planning process so you can spend less time researching and more time taking care of everything else (home, work, family, etc.) before your trip.
Planning a road trip can require a significant amount of time and research. A successful and meaningful trip may involve coordinating many different components, including:
- Transportation – flights, rental cars, trains, boats, public transportation, etc.
- Route planning and detailed directions
- Accommodations – resorts, hotels, campgrounds, cabins, etc.
- Activities – bus tours, boat tours, guided walking tours, museums, attractions, etc.
- Recommendations for restaurants, scenic overlooks, photo stops, fuel stops, rest areas, and more
Road Trip Planning Fees
The base rate for road trip planning services through Over Yonder Travel is $15.00 per day.
- Example: A 7-day road trip itinerary would cost $105.00 (7 days × $15.00).
A $50.00 deposit is required before road trip planning services begin. Final payment is due before the completed detailed itinerary is delivered to the client.
- The deposit is non-refundable unless the client allows Over Yonder Travel to book qualifying travel services for the trip.
How Most Clients Avoid Planning Fees
Most clients pay no additional planning fees to Over Yonder Travel.
Clients who allow Over Yonder Travel to book and reserve their travel services — such as transportation, accommodations, and activities — allow the agency to receive compensation directly from travel suppliers.
Clients do not pay higher prices by booking through Over Yonder Travel. Travel suppliers already include advisor compensation within their pricing structure. In many cases, clients are simply receiving professional planning assistance for a service they are already purchasing.
Deposit Refund Policy
All clients are required to pay the initial $50.00 deposit to begin the planning process.
For clients who allow Over Yonder Travel to book and reserve travel services for their road trip, the $50.00 deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of the trip, and no additional planning fees will be owed to Over Yonder Travel.
